Blessing Jeremy

Jeremy at 2 months on the day of his blessing in February.  

Gigi sent us Uncle Jeremy's blessing outfit for the little guy.  I love it.  Not only did it fit perfectly, but it is exactly what I'd been searching for online and could not find anywhere. Thanks Gigi, we love you!

Our happy bunch of minions.  They love their youngest brother.  He is a blessing in our lives and brings great joy to our family.

Hanging Around

Several pictures of the kids in their element, collected over the last few months.  If we are home, they are most likely outside.    There are currently 12 kids total that live on the farm, not including ours.  Ages range from 2-17. 

Salesi jumps at the chance to go out with the older one's.  If the door is open, there's no hesitation, he's gone.  If he doesn't make it out, he's usually laying on the floor by the door, face down acting dead.  

  Sesi ALWAYS comes home bare foot.  ALWAYS.  He leaves his shoes and slippers everywhere.  New shoes, old shoes, if he takes it, its' gone.  Yesterday he wore one pair and left it at the pavilion, came home barefoot for a snack, put on another pair, took it off somewhere else and came home barefoot at the end of the day.  2 pairs in one day.  Almost daily, he and Leva, mostly Sesi, manage to come home looking like a pair of chimney sweepers.  No sarcasm there at all.

Leva is usually up a tree.  He's the monkey of the bunch.  Always climbing something.  Getting oranges for the younger ones.  There's our neighbor , Lynzee in pink, in the tree with Leva.  Couldn't stop laughing that day.  I heard the kids calling me from inside the house and walked out to find Lynzee hanging from the tree.  She climbed it with her backpack on and the bag got stuck on a branch, leaving her dangling from the tree.  Lesson learned, I hope!  :)  If not, more laughs for me.

If they're not in tree's, they're playing with sticks.  Swords.  Pipes.  Anything they can swing around and use as a weapon for play fights. 

Doesn't Sesi look happy on that swing?  I look at it and it makes me want to say...Where are your slippers?!?

Leva and Cavity

Leva just came out of the bathroom and said" Dad, i brushed my teeth with cavity protection tooth paste, so if i get a cavity its protected."

Jan 2013 Zip vid siu

So it's Zip Lining.  I'm laughing.  Apologies for being so loud but i was holding the phone after all.  Before we jumped we had to wait for the call, a safety signal if you will, from the person who went ahead of us to let us know the way was clear.  Siu heard a cow moo and was about to jump when the instructor grabbed her and said, "You gotta wait for the call!"   I'm  laughing now just thinking about it.  I'm afraid of heights but this girl took the cake.  We practically had to push her off.  Good times for sure!  Thanks Ini for watching the kids!

Jan 2013 Zip Vid Ela

From January 2013!!  We were in the middle of moving out my parents place and having visitors, my sis Siu and her family came to visit from Az.  Ela came home from her mish at the time, it was quite the reunion.  A family friend took us Zip riding and it was a blast!!  How could I NOT post this?!

Feb 2013 Farm Fun

I followed Leva and Sesi around the farm one day.  Here's Leva at the Jumping Log.  Sesi, on the swings.  Sesi is so much fun.  He is clumsier than your average bear.  He falls the second he takes one step.  THAT kind of clumsy. 

That's Sesi attempting to be a big kid and jump off the swing in midair.  How did it end?  With him tangled on the swing, body dragging in the grass and me laughing hysterically on the ground.  I gave him fair warning and advised him not to, but he kept assuring me he could do it and sure enough with out warning, bam. The only reason I captured the moment is because it was so sudden, I thought he was about to smile for me.  Not to worry, I gave him plenty of hugs and kisses once I could contain myself.  I LOVE this boy.  He loves me back.  When I think of him, the words, "You never know what you're gonna get" comes to my mind.  He never disappoints.
